Wyoming is in serious revenue receipts and budgetary expenditures trouble. The recent inflation of fuel prices has reduced that, but the issue is spending. House District 20 deserves a strong and powerful voice. I've been speaking in front of the Legislative Committees in Public Comment for several years to a good reception.
